Here's all you will need:
Firstly, preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). Then place 12 muffin liners into your muffins trays.
Next, mash up all your bananas in a bowl. To this, add your coconut oil, making sure to remove all of the lumps. After that, add your eggs (one at a time), and gradually stir in your flour until your mixture has a smooth consistency.
Then fold in the dedicated coconut, oats, sultanas (which can be replaced for chocolate for all you kids with a sweet tooth), cinnamon and all spice.
Evenly distribute the mixture amongst the 12 muffin trays and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
