Spiced banana muffins.


Now these muffins are the ultimate on-the-go food. Whether you need a little breakfast snack or a quick afternoon fix, these muffins are the answer. They are super easy to make, and this recipe allows for you to tailor it, so you can include your favourite ingredients.


Here's all you will need:


Firstly, preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). Then place 12 muffin liners into your muffins trays.
Next, mash up all your bananas in a bowl. To this, add your coconut oil, making sure to remove all of the lumps. After that, add your eggs (one at a time), and gradually stir in your flour until your mixture has a smooth consistency.
Then fold in the dedicated coconut, oats, sultanas (which can be replaced for chocolate for all you kids with a sweet tooth), cinnamon and all spice.
Evenly distribute the mixture amongst the 12 muffin trays and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
